What is AIDS?

AIDS stands for Acquired immune deficiency syndrome. This disease is caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

The disease slowly reduces the effectiveness of the immune system and leaves individuals susceptible to opportunistic infections and tumors. HIV can spread through direct contract of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and even from the breast milk.

HIV treatment should contain meditations which are capable of eliminating diarrhea, increasing absorption activities in the gastrointestinal region and improving immunity. Acquired immunity drug phophylaxis is not a long-term effective solution unless circumstances warrant it. A safe natural immune system is the key to why some HIV positives outlived the others.
